The academic curricula are unable to maintain the pace to meet the rapidly changing landscape of the technological advancements. Nanolets Software Pvt Ltd is a concerted effort by passionate individuals in a direction that is expected to fill this gap by enhancing the quality of fresh graduates to meet their true potential. The method chosen for this goal is rather novel. We understand that a true learning takes place when an individual is exposed to the real problems at the current state of the technology, and when s/he is provided with the right kind of support in a free enviroment, then the students begin to observe / learn connections among the concepts on their own. It is well said that one learns the art of programming by looking at the codes and methods developed by other professionals. The students must have access to wide variety of software tools, and access to source codes for end user level packaged softwares, libraries, kernels, and device drivers to understand the complete picture of the technology.
