We are looking for a very fast paced recruiter to join the team.

· Must perform job analysis, source passive/active candidates and salary determination and negotiation.

· Must identify niche skill candidates based on technical job specifications

· Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates

· Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to position requirements

· Must be a degree holder.

· Must have a fabulous communication skill both written and verbal.

· Must be willing to work in night shifts.

· Must be mastered in job portals like monster or dice.

· Maintains absolute confidentiality in all business matters

· Must performs other duties as assigned

· Must have real go-getter attitude, eagerness to learn
