Job Title: Junior HR Operation Executive
As a Junior HR Executive you will be updating all day to day activities to the immediate supervisor.

Job Description:
Should recruit, develop and lead a team of HR Professionals to meet organization goals.
Should complete the given assignments in a given time.
Should be ready to visit clients place as and when required.
Ability to comprehend and understand the strategic intent of the policy and to implement the policies, procedures and systems.
Should have good knowledge of HR functions like recruitment, selection, induction, performance appraisal etc.,
The period of training is designed as mentioned below:
Duration Training Location
1-4 Months Interactive Learning Office Premises
5-8 Months Implementation Client Premises
8-12 Months Project Management Client Premises

If you don’t have the knowledge of the above functions Company is going to provide Training wherein all areas will be covered under the training period.

Desired Profile:
Looking for fresh Post Graduates, specialized in Human Resources Management.
Quick learner and able to adapt to a changing environment
Keen to grow their career in HR field.
The candidate should have excellent written and oral communication.
Should have good command over MS office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Presentation and MS Outlook) and internet Usage.
Rounds of Interview:
1. Personal Interview
2. Written Test
3. HR Interview
4. Final Round

Pre-requisite Conditions for Employment:
Willing to travel anywhere in India on client assignments.
On the basis of your performance at personal interview company is going to provide training cost of 75% to 100%.
