FRONT OFFICE COORDINATOR

1 to 3 years experience in Front office management with excellent communication skills. Candidate should be presentable and must have a pleasing personality. Should be confident & proactive. Computer knowledge like word, excel, power point etc would be desirable. Age : Below 32 yrs

Job responsibilities:
*Attending the phone calls & transferring to respective department/ employee.*
*Maintaing a proper decorum of reception area
* Attending the walk-in visitors elegantly & with hospitality.
* Assist in other Admn. functions
