| US-Recruiter 1. Hands on sourcing skills. 2. Should be matured to understand the job specifications from the client directly and source the relevant CVs accordingly. 3. Should have good work experience in Job Portals searches like Boolean, Easy searches etc and worked on portals like Dice, Monster etc … 4. Responsible for interacting with Internal Recruitment team and clients for reviews. 5. Should have prior experience in RPO / US recruitment firms 6. Good Communication able to interact with US Customers 7. Good Written skills , Email Drafting is mandatory 8. Shift Timings: 12 PM (Afternoon) – 9 PM. | |
