Business Development Executive

Required 2-3 experienced business development team members.
Candidates who are able to win and close business by phone in the UK. B2B sales of virtual assistants.
Must have:
- Experience of outbound telesales in a B2B environment with a clear track record of success.
- At least 1 yr of doing cold calls with international experience, preferably more.
- Ideally UK focused sales experience or knowledge of UK.
- Must be happy in a direct sales role and see themselves as a senior salesperson rather than as a manager - we want high level closers rather than 'team leader' people.
- Dynamic aggressive personality
- Willing to work UK shifts (and perhaps US).
- Excellent spoken English
Drive:
Likely MBA or such from tier 2 college, but the above more important.
