CTC during Training Period: - CTC 1.44-1.62 lakhs per annum

Designation: - Jr. HR Operations Executive

Location: - Bangalore, MindsDirect Business solutions

Responsibilities to be handled:-

Building the DNA Team of MindsDirect.

Recruitment
• Coordinates, negotiates and liaises with employment and advertising agents on service fee, advertisement recruitment and interview schedules
• Designing the joining formalities.(Offer letter, appointment letter etc)
• HR Administration
• Reviews, updates and maintains proper filing of insurance policy, HR handbook, performance appraisal form and training schedules
Human Resource Management
• Designing the policy & procedure for the smooth running of organization.
