CAD Draftsperson ROLE OBJECTIVE To produce concept, drawings subsequent to gathering sufficient inputs from related authorities, adhering clients’ requirements AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY 1. Prepare Project Drawings • Prepare project drawings to aid the design team. • Perform checks & quantify drawings to ensure they are up to the quality standards. 2. Gather Requirements & execute the same • Gather information from site locations to make drawings. • Prepare drawings as per o site requirement / RFP (Request for Proposal), o architectural detailing, o origination, o revision & coordination of architectural drawings o & construction documents. 3. Documentation • Assists in the preparation of the QS • Assists in the preparation of the BOQ. KEY RESULT AREAS 1. Understanding the client requirements 2. Preparing project drawings as per client requirements. 3. Gathering sufficient inputs from related authorities
