Customer Service Executive - Dayshift

SUMMARY
The Agent’s primary job function is assist customers via phone or email, and verify customer shipments and handle customer queries/complaints regarding order status placements, availability, pricing, delivery, replacement, cancellation , refunds.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: include the following. Other duties may be assigned as necessary to fulfill optimum efficiency of this position:

· Assist customers via phone or email.
· Co-ordinate with Logistics team/merchandisers.
· Schedule return product pickups
· File tracers for missing shipments
· Complaints to be escalated to Team lead
· Handle irate customers
· Issue credits when necessary
· Assist supervisor with assigned tasks


QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skills, education and/or ability required for this position


ESSENTIAL JOB SKILLS/ABILITIES

· Typing speed of 30 -35 words per min
· Good Written and Spoken English communication skills
· Must be self-motivated and able to work with the team to complete necessary tasks in a timely manner

REQUIRED EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Etc.)
· 12th Pass or above
