Store Operation Manager Maximizing Company sales adhering to company budgets and meeting profit targets-Controlling and maintaining company standards and procedures Responsible for developing communication strategies, objectives and brand messaging ensuring those campaigns are timely, consistent and relevant. Sales Target Achievement Targets are communicated to the staff & synergistic efforts are made as a team for subsequent achievement Stock Replenishment/Inventory Management: - Stock verification, pilferage control Staff Managemen Visual Merchandising Store Maintenance Customer Service & Customer interaction Marketing Initiatives: - Retail Sales: Motivating them through recognition & incentive plans. Ensure that all lighting equipment is in working condition and that signage is adequately lit.Ensure that store utilities and facilities are constantly available and running to provide a delightful customer shopping experience
